Pricing

Upon arrival, if the job in question appears that it will be extensive, an estimate will be given first.

 

Some jobs may required extensive repair to the extent that they will have to be taken away and brought back, finished, in a timely manner.

 

Though it is virtually impossible to stock all parts for all machines in this industry, the best effort will be done to carry the most common needed. If, in the event that parts will need to be acquired to complete a job, the time billed will only be that actually spent on performing the repair.

 

Some freight charges may apply in certain cases of part ordering.

 

Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

Warranty

Since becoming an authorized service dealer for various manufacturers (see Home page for the list),  I can now perform warranty analysis and repair within a machine's warranty period and those covered under N.E.W. corporation contracts. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

Also, what is covered under your warranty is CLEARLY listed in the policies you receive with the machine. Should you somehow not receive them or lose them, most are available on the manufacturer's website for download. There are no exceptions. As a servicing dealer, I need to get paid. If the manufacturer is going to reject a claim as per their guidelines of warranty, then the consumer is responsible for payment of the repair. Manufacturers DO analyze returned, damaged parts for make their determination

 

As for the work performed on any machine, a 90 day warranty will be honored providing all related problems are rectified in relation to any failure from the onset.

 

Problems due to customer neglect or carelessness will not be covered under any
type of warranty.
